Grass Fed Beef (Full Payment)

Our Inflation Protection Package: This year, we have added the ability to pay in installments*. You can choose to have an invoice* emailed monthly or process through ShopPay. If you would like to pay in installments, your price will be locked at the $6.75 per pound price (or $6.95 per pound for Quarter Shares). The cost is based on our average weight per side. If your side is less at delivery, we will refund the difference, if it is more, we will bill the difference at delivery.

This is what great beef tastes like. No growth hormones, no nitrite preservatives, no crowded high stress feed lots, is it any wonder it tastes so great? Sides are priced per pound. We will bill you the difference upon delivery.

Deposits and pre-payment/ installment payments are refundable minus a 5% transaction processing charge up until August 1st after which they become non-refundable deposits. The average side will be about 280 lbs with a range from 240-350 lbs.  We try our best to accommodate size requests as closely as possible, but variability in the growing season means we cannot always match your request exactly.

*if you chose monthly invoice instead of ShopPay the first invoice will be for the deposit amount. Either $600 for a side or $300 for a quarter
